SHIPPING POLICY 🚚🐾
We know waiting for dog gear is hard. Your pup is already staring at the door. Here’s how shipping works at [VICON LIMITED].
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays. During launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take [3–5 business days].
You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.
2. HONGKONG TO US Shipping Rates & Times
Standard Shipping: [10-15] business days
Expedited Shipping: [5-8 business days
Shipping times are estimates after processing and are not guaranteed by us once the carrier has the package.
3. Where We Ship
We currently ship to [United States / US + Canada / selected countries]. International shipping may be available at checkout. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees.
4. Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking may take [24–48 hours] to update. If it hasn’t updated after [X] business days, contact us at [instarintern8@ververa.shop].
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors, your mailbox, and the carrier first. If it’s still missing, contact us within 2 days.
We’ll help file a claim, but we’re not responsible for packages once the carrier marks them delivered. For stolen packages, please file a police report and contact the carrier.
6. Wrong Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email [instarintern8@ververa.shop] immediately. Once an order ships, we can’t change the address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may charge reshipping fees.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, contact us within 2 days with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right. 🐶
8. Holidays & Weather
Carriers may delay during holidays, severe weather, or peak season. We’ll keep you posted when we can.
